They were upfront with a CarFax and were honest with us about the vehicle and what they knew of it's history. Great service When I first visited I was with other people and ended up seeing a car that I wanted to test drive. I was able to go home and think it through and when I went back that next Wednesday I was treated great and all the information was given on pricing and we were able to get down to a great price. The information for warranties and gap insurance was helpful and I was given the information to help me make a good decision on what coverage was best for my purchase. He was so great, listened to our needs and didn't try to change our minds. He understood that we knew what we wanted. He was funny, charming, and made the experience a memorable one. When it came time to finance, Scott was brilliant. Working in the financial industry myself, it was apparent that Scott knew exactly what he was talking about. He explained everything concisely, while maintaining a friendly attitude. We loved the experience he provided, hopefully if we ever buy a car again we can work with him!!! Thanks for a great experience. Only reason the "overall experience" score is low, is because the car buying process took WAY too long. There were only 8 sales that day, and we were stuck there from 2-8 PM. Walking in, selecting our car right off the bat, should have cut down on the time it took... But we have no other complaints.
