Once again Toyota of Bountiful has won us over and will have lifelong customers. They can make the impossible happen. They are not pushy and willing to work with anyone in any situation. I would recommend Ha to anyone looking for an honest friendly salesman. He listens to what you want and doesn't try to push anything more. He was very quick and to the point. He is also very knowledgeable about the cars. I love my new Prius and will continue sending friends and family your way. The dealership is very clean, spacious, and has many things to do while you wait. The kids room is awesome as well as the snacks. If I didn't have my 4 yr old with me, I would have loved to try out the fitness center upstairs. The staff kept us informed as to what was happening so we didn't feel abandoned or wondering what was going on. A+, 5 starts, and 2 thumbs up!! More
When I bought this car, I noticed how great the customer service was with Keyston. I definitely enjoy a dealer that has more of a laid back personality when considering a car, instead of someone just tryin service was with Keyston. Keyston wasn't pushy at all, and very knowledgeable on all the cars he is selling. After I left with my new used car, I noticed that my car was having a hard time starting up and had to jump it to get it going again. I took it into the dealership and Keyston and the sales manager Troy put in a brand new battery for me free of charge. They didn't have to do this since I had already bought the car, but this shows how great they are with customer service and making sure you leave with a smile on your face. Whether you are buying a Toyota or not, you should check this place out. You won't regret it. More
We really love the van we purchased a few weeks ago from this dealership. They had more than what we had hoped for in a used vehicle, and we really got a good deal on the price. Loved his personality and willingness to work with us in whatever way we needed. He really made the car buying experience fun (he wasn't pushy or overbearing, didn't waste our time, was funny and personable). The kids enjoyed the candy dispensers that they had free access to. The place was very clean and professional. Other associates there were friendly and enjoyable to talk to. Weston was professional and helpful and worked at a speed I've never seen before. The one and only downside (other than that they didn't just give us the van) was that it did seem to take an awfully long time to get us in and get the car financed for us. However, I'm not sure why that is. It may be that it was something beyond Weston's or Ron's control, but it was kinda tiresome waiting and waiting. The kids did start to get bored and we were all ready to head home. Ron was great and we appreciated his up-beat attitude during that waiting process. Overall we are very pleased with this van and with the buying experience. Ron mentioned that he wants to make us customers for life (maybe not in those words exactly) so that the next time we go car shopping we go to Toyota of Bountiful first. I'd say he did just that. We'd certainly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. More
After going to other dealers and being treated horribly, I checked the website for Toyota Bountiful and found they had the vehicle I wanted (2013 Toyota Rav4 Limited). I requested a quote on the website and Mike Acaris got back to me shortly to confirm my vehicle choice had the options I wanted. I made my offer through email and Mike responded very quickly. The negotiation process was very seemless and easy and I feel I got a wonderful deal. I had a trade-in so I drove to the dealer after work and after some additional negotiating (very easy). I felt that Mike/Russ also gave me a fair price for my trade. I then went in to finalize paperwork with Rob. This is the part where other dealers really made some mistakes with me and I felt Rob to be very professional, had a good personality, and treated me with respect. He explained everything I asked him to so it made sense, gave me a great deal on a service contract, and answered all my questions. Overall, a great experience and I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealer to anyone on the Wasatch Front. More

I have purchased a lot of cars and this was the WORSE experience I have ever had. We called in a few days before we were coming in an asked that they get everything ready. I got there at 1:00 and didn't leave untill 7:00 pm that night. They wrote the contracts wrong. The salesperson did nothing to help right the situation. I would not reccomend Toyota Bountiful to my worse enemy. We bought a $50,000 truck you think you would get treated differently. More
Traveling to Montana from San Diego my Toyota had a check engine light go off. I had my two grand kids with me and their other grandmother. So I took my car to the nearest dealer (Mark Miller)(they stink) i engine light go off. I had my two grand kids with me and their other grandmother. So I took my car to the nearest dealer (Mark Miller)(they stink) in Salt Lake City and they told me the couldn't check the problem until the following day. The clerk behind the counter was very unsympathetic to our problem. We are in an unfamiliar town with two little kids and a car that may break down. She was soulless. So we got back on the road and there was a sign for a Toyota dealer in Bountiful. We pulled in and even they were busy too they still helped us. The problem was diagnosed within 5 minutes. They even shuttled us to the movies and back to kill time while waiting for the car part. Thank you to John Pollett and everyone at the service area, you guys are great!!! The service that was provided to us was exceptional in that they were willing to listen to what we needed and find the best way to accomplish that for us.
