Toyota Bountiful

We went to Bountiful Toyota to look at one car and left with a different car. Keri helped us and was awesome. The car that we saw online didn't have any pictures available yet, but she went the extra mil with a different car. Keri helped us and was awesome. The car that we saw online didn't have any pictures available yet, but she went the extra mile and took pictures and texted them to me. She really personalized our experience. Also, I was worried about completing the sales process because my wife couldn't stay with me and I had our 4 and 20 month old with me. Luckily there is an awesome kids' area for them to play and watch the Disney channel. My wife and I love the car that we left with. I don't feel like I got a killer deal, but it was fair and I did get more out of my trade-in than I thought I would - probably as much as I would have gotten out of a private-party sale. The nice thing about that is that it drastically reduced the sales tax I had to pay. If I would have played hard ball more, I probably could have gotten another $500 off. In the long run that's no big deal to me, though. The time between agreeing on the deal and getting out of there was longer than I would have liked, but I'm guessing that's just the nature of the car industry. Next time I need a car, I will definitely come back to Bountiful Toyota and I won't hesitate to ask for Keri as I feel like she was an advocate for me. More
