Once again for the third time in 2 1/2 three years I’ve had an amazing experience purchasing a new Toyota from Toyota Bountiful! Their staff is always excellent their management and F and I people are extremely professional and courteous. I purchased all my new vehicles from this dealership because for decades they have demonstrated under two different owners massive customer service and caring for the community. I highly recommend you use them for your next new car purchase! Jeff Christinson is an amazing sales person and professional you’ll love the experience he provides you! The purchasing process was rather nice! My husband flew from out of state to get the car. The dealership even got him from the airport. My husband raves about how great the process was. Immediately I noticed a strong smell in the car I thought it was some type of polish used for the interior. It did not go away and got worse at times I was finally able to realize that it was gasoline that would be strong when it was filled up and not as bad when gas got low. The air conditioner seemed to not work on the passenger side. We had the car for one week at that point. My husband thought I was crazy. But on really hot days there was no denying that it was a gasoline smell in the car and the air conditioning didn’t work. Maybe I watch too many mafia movies but I really thought I was going to blow up in the car. To make things worse two weeks into this both doors on the passenger and driver panels separate. My car is finally at the mechanic getting a new gas tank. At some point during this Charger Challenge a call came from some representative at the dealership asking how happy we were and when my husband told her the issues she was nonchalant about it. I get sold as is but how do those three important issues get overlooked? More
