Our sales experience was great, but bringing the car back for a recall and an oil change wasn't great. The service advisor promised my wife they would wash the car after they were finished working on it. But for a recall and an oil change wasn't great. The service advisor promised my wife they would wash the car after they were finished working on it. But the worst thing was that the service advisor called the wrong person when the car was finished and left a message. So my wife waited three extra hours to find out her car was finished because of an idiot service writer. When she did go pick up the car and mentioned it to the person, they make it sound like no big deal. Maybe this happens all the time. More

It has been one failed issue after the next. From the contract disputes, to consistent minor things, to the current recall problem with the fuel pump. They need some training in customer service. I utterly regret purchasing the Camry here. Love the Camry.. I do not trust Toyota Bountiful in the least. I am not impressed Run away. More

IN ORDER TO GET MY APPOINTMENT, I HAD TO PARK ON THE STREEET, A BLOCK AND A HALF WEST, & NORTH OF THEIR SERVICE ENTRANCE, WALK UP THROUGHT THEIR CROWDED PARKING LOT [ MOSTLY USED VEHICLES FOR SALE] &TALK TO A SERVICE ADVISOR TO MAKE M APPOINTMENT.
