Absolutely worst service I’ve ever recieved! Isabel has no clue what she’s doing. She did not look in detail at the tech report before quoting me on things she had no idea how to explain. Then handed me to another employee that also did not look at the diagnostic report and could not explain what was needed. Do not go to Toyota Bountiful. No one knows what they are doing. More

I was told 1.5 hrs, it was closer to 3 hrs for the service. I was told the car would be washed; it wasn’t. Our sales experience was great, but bringing the car back for a recall and an oil change wasn't great. The service advisor promised my wife they would wash the car after they were finished working on it. But for a recall and an oil change wasn't great. But the worst thing was that the service advisor called the wrong person when the car was finished and left a message. So my wife waited three extra hours to find out her car was finished because of an idiot service writer. When she did go pick up the car and mentioned it to the person, they make it sound like no big deal. Maybe this happens all the time. More
