Although the overwhelming majority of reviews are positive, every time we receive a negative review as yours it's concerning. Customers are too valuable to lose. I'm sure you've already spoken to a few people at the store. I have not. The only information I have about your deal is what you wrote. With that in mind, and before I discuss this with anyone else here, what would be a resolution to the issue? As mentioned in the review me and my wife were both lead to believe we were getting "tires thrown in for buying the car that day" meaning tires for free. But after the whole process took place and we looked at the sales contract we realized we were charged 960 dollars for these tires. Honestly if you could at least refund the tires that would make us feel like we got the deal we were assuming we were getting for buying that day. We LOVE the used four runner we got and the experience would have been great and this review would have been just the opposite of this situation didn't take place. My dad is going to buy a tundra next month and up till the moment I Realized I was charged for those tires I was going to 100 percent send him your way. I'm sad it worked out the way it did. I understand it was partly our fault for not looking at the contract more closely when we were signing for it but we had been at the dealership for 3 1/2 hours and had a 3 week old baby so we were in a rush and for that reason we learned a valuable lesson. I would be happy to change my reviews, if we could get this fixed. Thanks for your consideration.
