These 2 men made me feel right at home the minute I walked in the door. They listened to what I had to say and wanted in a car they NEVER made me feel like they were just out to make a sale. They were attentive, knowledgeable, honest, helpful and funny. They made buying a car a lot easier then I thought it was going to be and I didn't feel rushed at all. I left happy and with a beautiful car that I have wanted for along time thanks to them. These 2 men are fabulous and definitely know what there doing and if anything deserve a bonus or something. Purchase of a used car. I was greeted by Ha. He and I hit it off first thing. Ha was very helpful, I felt like he was a proud company man but at the same time I felt that he I was greeted by Ha. When we had a little trouble with the price, Jake H. came in and did his magic by resolving price between me and upper management. I have been thru this process many times . However, Jake handled it in such a way that we never became confrontational. My final stop was in the finance department with Weston Bird. Weston is very professional and knows his business very well. He did his best to upsell me with products that I was not interested in. However, he was always sensitive to what I wanted and didn't want. He helped me with a extended warranty plan that probably wasn't the best one for me but one that I felt best fit my budget.
