He made a phone call to Jesse Stott, he drove down and picked one out, had me meet him there and the deal was done quickly, they got us in and out of there in no time. They were so nice and made us feel so comfortable that we decided to have Jesse go pick out a Scion tC for our son while we were signing on the truck, which wasn't the plan when we got there. We had been talking to other dealerships for a different car for him but thought why not; at that time they were pretty busy so we visited with Jesse for some time and felt like we needed to take him to dinner for being so nice and was so comfortable to talk to while we waited. They have a great area for your kids to play while you are doing paperwork or discussing your purchase, they have snacks and drinks in a nice area to sit and wait if needed and their coffee machine is amazing. I kept telling my husband I feel like I knew Jesse from before or something, he was very cool and we enjoyed our visit there very much. I would recommend purchasing your next vehicle from them for sure, great experience! More

WORST DEALER EVER -BROKEN PROMISES - ONE STAR IS TOO HIGH We have owned over 25 cars- worst dealer ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We asked for our money back -they said they could not until the next day, Next day we showed that our check had cleared our bank and they said a check was being hand delivered that day - it did not show up. When we asked where the check was they said they would mail it and we would get it within a week. More

The finance manager, Weston, convinced me to put $1500 onto a Credit Card telling me that he would take care of all the arrangements to get me my warr The finance manager, Weston, convinced me to put $1500 onto a Credit Card telling me that he would take care of all the arrangements to get me my warranty refund which would cover near or all of the $1500. I was extremely apprehensive as I did not want to have an additional $1500 on a credit card after losing so much money on my trade-in, paying additional costs, and already having my payments go up as it was. Weston assured me that he would personally see to it that the warranty would be canceled and I would receive a refund check. THREE MONTHS have gone by with no word on the warranty and I am making payments on a $1500 Toyota Credit Card. Fun. I called in, emailed, and left messages REPEATEDLY to check in with Weston and NOT ONCE did he answer the call/email or return a single message. He was so nice and assuring when making the purchase, but once it was made, he completely avoided me. I wrote to the General Manager and sales person to voice my concerns and not ONE WORD have I heard back from either of them. Such bad car selling practices!! More

Our children had so much fun and never complained once about being there! Craig and the rest of the staff were extremely nice and so helpful! At the end I looked at my husband and said, "did we really just buy a car because that was too easy!?". We have never had a more enjoyable experience at a dealership! That is why we will definitely be buying from the again in the future and recommending them to everyone we know. We also live an hour away but like my title stats Toyota Bountiful is THE place to buy :)!! More
