I found this service department average. Nothing outside of the box. Just pretty straight forward. The lady checking me in had no smile or greeting when I arrived. When visiting the cashier at the end, she was very stand offish and did not greet me, just pointed to the valet area and said that I can pick up my keys there. Got to the valet area and the woman there was no different. No greeting, just asked for my last name and pointed to an area of the parking lot and said that my car is over there. She briefly explained about the free car wash that I received. Not thank you - no come again - no goodbye. When I got into my truck there seemed to be a funky odor. I then washed my car and that was great. Aside from the closing interaction, my truck runs well and it’s clean. More
