I e been servicing my Prius here since I bought it in 2016. During each visit, everyone from the Service Advisors to the staff at the check out desk, to the person at the Podium, to the cleaning staff, A 2016. During each visit, everyone from the Service Advisors to the staff at the check out desk, to the person at the Podium, to the cleaning staff, ALL OF THEM have a friendly, can-do attitude that never fails to impress. Today I sat for a couple of hours while my car was cared for. I enjoyed my comfy seat and time to catch up on reading. Another totally satisfactory experience at Toyota Carlsbad. PS: I think the addition of the car wash currently under construction is a terrific idea- sign me up! More
