Yesterday I purchased a vehicle. Right from when we walked on the lot, I could tell that they were taking a different approach and didn't come up and rush my wife and I. Once I had had an opportunity to look at the car that I wanted, then they made themselves available to help answer questions about the car and open it up for us to look at. Roberto was super helpful and not pushy at all. There was one other vehicle that I was interested in looking at and instead walking accross the hot lot, they brought it straight to us. Once we sat down, it was very easy. I was nervous about going back to Finance where sometimes everything can change - but instead, she found that our payment would actually be lower! I found, test drove, got a price that was fair for my trade in, got financed and received the car - all in 3 hours! I LOVED the experience and appreciate Roberto and our amazing Finance lady! Customer service is extremely down. Also try to up sale you on things not need. Carlos was telling my daughter that she did not need a simple oil change, that she needs 300 worth of ser Also try to up sale you on things not need. Carlos was telling my daughter that she did not need a simple oil change, that she needs 300 worth of service done to her new car which was not true. Recommend not to do the oil change when the car stick clear stated she need an oil change. Proceed to have her wait 3+ hours for a 25 minute oil change. She had to ask after 3 hours when her car would be ready, on the computer it stated it as done at 12:30 but was never actually done, made her wait 25 minutes more for it to be done. While she was waiting was made uncomfortable by a sell associate, kept calling her beautiful and staring at her. Made her uncomfortable. This is the third time she gone where she had problem. Never send her again or want to deal with the dealership. More
