Amazing new car experience! I went to Motorcars Toyota to trade in my old car for a new one. The sales and finance team got me my trade in value and we looked into getting a Camr I went to Motorcars Toyota to trade in my old car for a new one. The sales and finance team got me my trade in value and we looked into getting a Camry. After reviewing the numbers later that night, for me it was not within my financial range. I then went back to Motorcars and with the help of Tyler Gentry he helped me get into a new 2015 Corolla. The car is amazing, the finance guy Ryan was very helpful, and the easiness of everything was amazing. Out with the old and into the new the someday in a short amount of time. Taking the time Ken was great when we bought our new car. Purchased a RAV there yesterday - and BTW, Robert went hunting and found our car when my req for a specific model wasn't available immediately - Was able to trade in a leased Corolla and my current RAV and the guys got together and worked out a fair deal, ran us through the numbers very clearly, and, as we were working together, extended the courtesy of thanking us for being repeat customers. Loyalty really does matter there. From Sienna's through previous RAVs and Highlanders, over many years, this dealership has consistently provided the kind of experience that makes us look forward to buying our next car there, too. I've purcahsed well over a dozen cars in my time, a wide variety of new and used vehicles. I tend to do my homework prior to purchasing a vehicle, so this time I figured why not get a quote from the convenience of my home after putting the kids to bed one evening. Robert responded in a timely manner, was respectful (two things many will find are not guaranteed even thought they seem obvious) AND to my surprise, he offered me a very fair price right from the start! At one point when talking to him on the phone I commented on how easy and great this process has been, and he responded with something like 'that's the way it's supposed to work!' That sounds great, but we all know that 'supposed to' and 'actually happening' can be two very different things, so I kept waiting for the catch, but there just wasn't one. Robert was easy to contact, reponded quickly to my questions, and made sure I knew how much he values my business. What more could I ask for? I highly recommend you see Robert at Motorcars Toyota.
