This dealership was our second stop on the search for a small SUV. The first dealer we stopped at (after driving 40 minutes) said that the vehicle was there but we couldn't drive it because it was being cl small SUV. We laughed at the salesman and left, telling him to "call us when you are ready to sell". We then drove another hour and an half to look at the Rav 4 we ended up buying. It was ready and as advertised. Ryan made the deal easy as we were ready with our loan and willing to leave our trade in. The deal came with free oil changes, which if I may suggest should have an alternative to as it isn't convenient to drive 150 miles to get an oil change. We will definitely return when looking for another vehicle. More

I was looking to purchase a Camry Hybrid. I submitted a request for a quote over the internet using TrueCar pricing (no haggle) for a 2014.5 XLE model. Bill contacted me the same day and I scheduled an ap request for a quote over the internet using TrueCar pricing (no haggle) for a 2014.5 XLE model. Bill contacted me the same day and I scheduled an appointment for me to come in and drive the car. I really liked the car, but after driving it Bill informed me that if I could get another $1,000 incentives from Toyota if I purchased a 2014 instead of a 2014.5, and that they were basically the same car. I drove the 2014 and decided to purchase it. We agreed on everything but I did not sign the paperwork at the time because the car was on a sales hold due to the seat heater issue Toyota was having with all its models. The repair parts were scheduled to come in later in the month so I was going to wait and do all the paperwork when the car was ready for delivery. However, the following week Toyota announced an additional $500 incentive for Presdients Day Weekend. Bill immediately called me and told me that if I was able to come in that weekend and sign the paperwork at that time, I was entitled to the additional $500. I made the trip and signed the paperwork. The repairs to the seat heaters were made earlier than expected and I just picked up the car yesterday. Bill did a thorough job of going over all of the features of the car with me prior to me driving it off the lot. I generally do not look forward to buying a new car because the process is such a hassle. However, this was the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a car. I would recommend Bill to anyone who is looking for a Toyota. In addition to the no haggle sales price (which was several hundred dollars lower than Edmunds True Market Value price) he also saved me an additional $1,500. More
