I got my 1st scion TC from Motorcars Toyota 3 years ago as a lease in 2011. Being that this was my first lease I wasn't sure what to expect turning it in when I was done. When I walked in I was greater by Robert and within minutes of explaining my situation he had my mind at ease with whole thing. I really liked my 2011 so he showed me the 2014 scion TC with it's updated body style and I was in love all over again but after looking through the sales guide on the car I saw that it came in this really unique shade of blue. I asked him if he could find me a blue streak metallic in a 6 speed and had a factory rear spoiler. He told me he would look into it. I thought he meant later but he did it right then and there! He promptly came back and informed me that there was only 6 cars left in the country and the closet one was 1 was in West Virginia! I didn't think it was gonna happen at that point but he told me that if I wanted it he would get it!! The day I walked in there was Tuesday and by Thursday I was driving off the lot with my car!! Robert made it seem so easy and made me feel so relaxed about the whole lease trade in that I leased it again! Thank you Robert Smitherman you made my day!! More

Mr. Cargill was very thorough. He allowed me to look at several cars before making my decision. He tried to work within my financial means to get me a car.
