I would recommend not to go there. This toyota direct provides one of the worst service. I took my 2011 toyota corolla car for servicing on 09/08/2020 as my fan blower not working .The service team gave provides one of the worst service. I took my 2011 toyota corolla car for servicing on 09/08/2020 as my fan blower not working .The service team gave me a quote of $4300 which includes $2300(heater box replacement),$1300(9 hour of labour charge) with taxes .My car would not even worth 6k if i sell.since the service charges was huge , I declined to do the service but also had to pay them $132 of labour charge .I came back home very disappointed. I decided to take the car to another renowned service center in coulumbus .they identified the issue in mins .they found a piece of plastic bag got stuck in the fan and removed it .they called me to pick up the car with in half an hour and didn't charge even a single penny.. This shows the character. This shows why they are good raters than you guys because they don't treat customer like this. More
Toyota Direct services is the worst service I have ever seen. I have new 2018 Toyato RV and I had appointment for oil change. They told me not to get out the car when i get there someone will come and ta seen. I have new 2018 Toyato RV and I had appointment for oil change. They told me not to get out the car when i get there someone will come and talk to me. I sat in the car in 30 minutes, and no one come a round. I get out my car and told Matt I have an appointment. he told me to give him the key and I told him I will be sitting out side. I sat there 3 hours and I come back and Asked him if the car is done, he did not know where my car was he dropped off and left somewhere. After three hours of waiting I took my car with out service and come back home. I will never go there again and I will tell my family and friends and anyone I meet not to go there. Honda and Nissan have the best services anyone can ask for it. More
Relocated to Columbus with my 2018 Toyota Four Runner after having awesome service in Dallas since I bought it. They totally screwed up my truck to the point it couldn't be driven due to how bad it shook. Was a nightmare trying to get some help, even the General Manager Ryan was NO HELP. I did get it back in and they committed to fixing it, the service rep admitted that they must have done something because it was not like that when brought it. I got the truck back still not fixed and then no response from General Manager or anyone....totally blew me off. I filed a formal complaint with Toyota and they were great but the lady that does customer service at the dealership simply ignored it....Toyota felt bad but since it is privately owned they couldn't force customer service. I had to go to another place and it cost me $800 to get the issue resolved that was caused by the mechanic at Toyota Direct. I will never be back there and have told everyone my experience. HORRIBLE place to deal with....and for them to ignore Toyota Corporate....WOW!! More

We found thru working with Sean Stevenson that we were in and out in less than 24 hours with keys in hand, Sean had notified us another we were looking at was sold but he recommended another vehicle and gave and out in less than 24 hours with keys in hand, Sean had notified us another we were looking at was sold but he recommended another vehicle and gave an accurate and detailed description of the vehicle, which made the process a lot easier. We also found a clerical error on our paperwork, Sean got it corrected immediately (he could've said the paperwork has already been signed), he also got minor issues fix the next day prior to picking up the vehicle. If you want a no nonsense, honest, down to earth sales experience, then go see Sean Stevenson. More

I had an absolute horrible experience with Nathan Weekes at this dealership. He did not listen to any of requests about financing needs. Clearly disregarded everything I stated to him via texts. I CLEARLY stated I did not want them running my personal information through their entire banking partners. My credit is not bad, I have paid as agreed debt due to being laid off for a few months due to COVID-19 that I’m actively paying off on time. My Equifax credit report alone had 13 credit inquiries and counting. I haven’t even checked my other two reports yet. I had a WELL qualified co-signer who was willing to go on the loan. After he couldn’t get me approved on my own, he stopped all communication to further help make the deal happen. He was very disrespectful and disregarded my requests to its entirety. My co-signer and I went to Germain and purchased a vehicle from them yesterday! The experience was fantastic and all of my requests were honored! Thank you, Mr Jackson for setting a great example for your dealership and not treating customers like Mr. Weekes did. More

I was trying to purchase a vehicle from their dealership out of state. In my past experiences communication has to be top notch. When I asked for pictures of the seats because they looked like the leather was stained he sent me the pictures with dark stuff all over. (attached) I asked if that was soda and he said there was no dark stains. As you can see from the picture there was. When asked about if he knew what damage as reported by Carfax the vehicle was in, he kept saying it has a clean Carfax report and no accidents. I asked for him to send the 160 pt. Inspection and he took a picture on his phone and sent it to me. I told him I could not read it on my phone and asked to have it scanned to my email. He took another picture on his phone and he texted me again. When trying to explain if they would hold the vehicle on their lot after payment he kept saying they don’t hold cars. I told him I understand but after payment of the vehicle could they hold it for a week after to wait for transport. Weekes then said they won’t pay for transport and I have to come out there to drive it home. I was at a loss for words. Weekes continued to talk over me when I was trying to explain what I meant by a transport company that I would pay for to pick up the vehicle. He told me they are not moving on the price and it is all ready low and they get lots of calls on this car. I explained the vehicle has been on their lot since February and if they did get lots of calls it would be gone. 3 days later the price is reduced by 1,000. I called back to speak with someone else and this new guy understood what I needed. When I hung up the phone I got a call from Weekes. I explained that him and I are having communication issues and I would rather speak to someone else. Weekes kept saying I can help you. I asked Weekes for the tread depth on the tires and he sent me a picture of the tires (attached) And told me the Thread is in good condition. Buying 20” tires is expensive and would like to know where we are at. I asked where the brakes where at and got nothing. I called back to talk with the manager or supervisor and got sent to a voicemail. Left my name and number and have heard nothing back. More
