Inquired about a vehicle and was contacted first thing the next morning. I was told that I needed to call before coming to look at vehicle so he could make sure the vehicle was there (not sold) and to hav the next morning. This was on a Monday and I couldn't make it up there that day. I called Tuesday afternoon and said I would be driving up. Chris is who I was talking to, he was off at the time but I should speak with Rich. When I got to the dealer, the vehicle was being brought up front. I went in and asked for Rich he met me outside at the vehicle and informed me the the vehicleaning was being sold .I asked why nobody called me to let me know. Long story short I wouldn't make a trip to that dealer ever again. Called Internet manager and basically said they" don't hold vehicles for people. I wasred 3 hours of driving for nothing More

I have been a Toyota Direct service customer for nearly 30 years. Service is great, and dependable. Jeremy Rodock is the Best. Service department is the absolite worse. They've spent 4 days mounting new tires and repairing barrings. Dropped off my vehicle on Mondsy at 11a gor a 12pm appointment. It's now Thirsday, 4:30 pm and my veh days mounting new tires and repairing barrings. Dropped off my vehicle on Mondsy at 11a gor a 12pm appointment. It's now Thirsday, 4:30 pm and my vehicle is still not completed. I've purchased 5 cars at this dealership since 1988 but this relationship is over! More

Adam knew we were in a position where we could buy right away or wait, and yet he was not pushy. He was persistent in calling when I didn’t return his calls and beat the price of our local dealer. STAY AWAY!!! Absolutely horrendous care for customers and doesn’t backup the products they sell. I purchased a car and within 24 hours there were numerous issues with it and within a month the car was not dr doesn’t backup the products they sell. I purchased a car and within 24 hours there were numerous issues with it and within a month the car was not drivable. I notified the dealership within 24 hours of the noted issues and they basically told me it’s my problem now. I went to Toyota Direct because I’ve heard positive things. After battling cancer over the past couple years and looking for a stress free, reliable car, I am highly disappointed to be treated in such a way. How can a company sell a product that costs thousands of dollars and then not back it up if there’s issues? I am now having to spend additional funds on possible legal action just to get a reliable car. It’s stressful, highly irritating, and just not how businesses should operate. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I have a new Toyota 4-Runner that I bought in California before I relocated to Ohio for work. On both service appointments that I have had with my new vehicle, the service has been wonderful! I purchased a used car from TD that had some real problems. When I had it in to another dealer for some recall work that had never been done, they fixed a seatbelt that would not retract, but they al problems. When I had it in to another dealer for some recall work that had never been done, they fixed a seatbelt that would not retract, but they also reported patching tar on a tire that appeared to cover up a patch so no one would notice, and they found a leak in the power steering fluid that would require replacing the whole rack & pinion. I went straight back to the used car sales manager at TD, who had a check cut for the cost of the seatbelt repair and promised to replace the tire, but shrugged off the powers steering leak. I feel like they had covered up all these problems so an unsuspecting buyer wouldn't notice them until it was too late, and then they would only partially stand by their sale. I do not recommend purchasing a used car from TD without a complete vehicle inspection from a disinterested mechanic. I gave them two stars only because they made it right for the two smaller of the three problems they should have fixed before offering the car for sale or at least disclosed to potential buyers. And now I’ve had it back in to replace the tire which took FIVE HOURS because they couldn’t find the tire that they called me to come in for, AND they’ve locked the keys in the car. TD gets one star. For what it’s worth, though, Jesse in service has been fantastic. More
