I purchased a used car from TD that had some real problems. When I had it in to another dealer for some recall work that had never been done, they fixed a seatbelt that would not retract, but they al problems. When I had it in to another dealer for some recall work that had never been done, they fixed a seatbelt that would not retract, but they also reported patching tar on a tire that appeared to cover up a patch so no one would notice, and they found a leak in the power steering fluid that would require replacing the whole rack & pinion. I went straight back to the used car sales manager at TD, who had a check cut for the cost of the seatbelt repair and promised to replace the tire, but shrugged off the powers steering leak. I feel like they had covered up all these problems so an unsuspecting buyer wouldn’t notice them until it was too late, and then they would only partially stand by their sale. I do not recommend purchasing a used car from TD without a complete vehicle inspection from a disinterested mechanic. I gave them two stars only because they made it right for the two smaller of the three problems they should have fixed before offering the car for sale or at least disclosed to potential buyers. More

Claim internet information was wrong. Still not my fault! I had the whole deal worked out even the value of my trade. They try to make me buy the white car but won't budge on price from the black car I thought I bought. Don't deal with these people. Very rude manager. Salesman was great though and very apologetic but I walked. No car bought today! More

I spoke with Greg Simpson that night who was rude and disrespectful. Classic bait and switch was used and he literally tried to force me into signing paperwork. He gave the worst advice which included me VOLUNTARILY HAVING MY CAR REPOSSESSED! I guess he thought I was desperate but just because I'm a woman does not mean I don't know anything about the car sales business. He was overall very rude to me and was literally talking over me and upset that I "wasted his time" and didn't purchase a car that night. I probably would not go back to that location. I know Toyota is a great brand of car but the customer service at this location was just terrible. Greg should not force customers into purchasing without exploring all options. He did not do that with me. He basically told me what to do and would not try to find any other options for me. More

My experience at Toyota Direct I had a great experience buying a new car with the salesperson name Lori. (I'd give her five stars) She is a very accommodating and knowledgeable and honest person. But I had a very very very very bad experience with the Finance person named Isaac. Store closes at 8 pm, but I got there at 7:20 pm. As you know, buying a car is not easy, and time-consuming even if everything all goes smoothly, it takes time. I, myself, had been in the Auto industry as a finance manager for over seven years, so I understand how grueling the process is. My issue was with Isaac, when I went into his office to finalize the deal with signing the documents, he wasn't in a good mood, and of course, he did not welcome or greeted me. I was OK with all this as I'm sure he wanted to go home, it was getting late. However, his attitude got worse as he didn't want to go over any products and just wanted me to sign all the papers fast without any explanations which bothered me a lot. Being in this business and trying to understand him wanting to go home, he still has to do his job. My point is he was very insulting and needs some job and etiquette training. They insulted me with an offer $6k less than book value. Wouldn't work with me at all on trade-in cost. They were very unprofessional, snappy, rude and short with me. Went right over to Toyota West, got what i wanted for trade in and the same car for $1k less than Toyota Direct. Needless to say i wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Very dishonest people working for dealer I bought a used car and traded in a car. The dealer told me they had transferred the plates from my trade in to the car I bought. Well I drove the car for three months and when I went to get new tags I found out from the BMV that the pates had never been transfered. When I called the dealer about this they told me I would have to bring in the paperwork to dealer and they would look into it. I tried to explain to the man that answered the phone that I live two hours away and he hanged up the phone on me. I tried to call back then they wouldn't answer. Very dishonest dealership. Dont waste your time with them. More
