Brought my Highlander in and wanted my trunk looked at because it’s makes an awful noise and gets stuck. Now my Highlander is making new deep noise with my AC and the trunk never got fixed. Time to service is a consistent issue. I SCHEDULED an oil change for 4:40 pm. It took two hours for them to complete the oil change! This was not a drive up service, but a scheduled appoin I SCHEDULED an oil change for 4:40 pm. It took two hours for them to complete the oil change! This was not a drive up service, but a scheduled appointment! This has happened EVERY time my wife or I have gone there for service. We live an hour away, so all together, this was 4 hours out of my day just to change the oil. Unacceptable! They overbook worse than a doctor’s office! Again, this was NOT a one time issue, but a consistent problem. It really makes me regret getting the pre-paid service agreement at purchase. I’d rather pay Jiffy Lube! More
