Patti was extremely nice. I came in with my aunt about a week ago looking for a new car. I had been looking for a while & knew what type of car I wanted just hadn't picked a brand or model though Toyota was week ago looking for a new car. As soon as we parked by the Corollas to get out to the lot she came out to us. Usually that is very annoying to me. I like to look a couple minutes before I'm approached, just as if someone were at a restaurant; they need time to look over the menu before they decide on their meal. I could tell right away that Patti was very nice though & it was not a bother to be at all. It was also raining, lightly snowing, & cold out but she stood with us the whole time. She is very down to earth unlike most car dealers that try to put on a show or facade. Patti is very approachable with a big personality that was great. What I loved most about Patti was that I told her right away that I was looking to buy something midsize but much smaller than the Grand Prix that I had & she did not stray away from that at all. In my mind I already picked out a white Corolla. She kept me with the Corollas & didn't force any other type of car on me which I LOVE! I hate when I know what I want but dealers make me look at something else. This is what I came for I don't care about that. After I found the one I liked we drove it around & very much like a mother she made me go around the turn twice when I messed up on not turning my wheel all the way to get the full picture of how sharp the car turns. We went to the back to find the white one & I said yes. Filling out the paperwork was the worst part & my only complaint. It took forever. My aunt & I were there maybe 4 hours which is way too long in my opinion but at the end of the day I was happy. I ended up getting the all white 2012 Toyota Corolla LE that only had 1 mile on it. I love everything about my new car with the exception of the stereo. I know that has little to do with you guys but it is a really really really bad stereo system. I didn't pay much attention when I was test driving it. It is nothing I can't fix but wish I could have avoided it. Everything can't be exactly how you want it. Overall Patti was great. I feel that she needs a little more credit than what she has. I know she is the only Woman on the floor but she is really good at what she does. She is very helpful & a kind heart that genuinely cares. I wouldn't take the time to say if I was not fully pleased with the experience & service. Thank you. Oh, the girl at the service desk in the middle of the store is nice but shes a little too much. She was wearing fancy leopard 5 inch heels that she couldn't walk in & was on the phone the entire time we were inside. She wasn't talking to customers either. I am extremely disappointed in this car dealership. I tried to work with them in 2006 for my Scion and ended up going to Germain and getting a great deal and positive experience. We live right near Easton so it would be easy for us to get a car through there. The salesman was very nice and I liked him a lot - Michael was his name. We came in on a weeknight and after going through all the rigamarole, we couldn't get approved for the car because the bank wasn't open and they had to submit it first thing in the morning. They were going to call me right away at 10am and let me know. I called them at 11:30am the next day and Drew said he was waiting for the bank and would let me know. They called back to give me the terms. Originally, when asked what they could do to get us to drive home in a Camary that day, we said $0 down and $350/month payment. They said they could accomodate that - but when it came down to it they wanted $2,000 and a $365 payment. Anyway - I thought the whole experience was weird. The finance guys are all buddy buddy with each other and it makes you feel like you are interfering with their social life by asking questions. They also tried to tack on a $15 gap insurance monthly fee that I can get through our car insurance for much cheaper. We went back again to finalize the deal after we negotiated what we thought and then they weren't going to give us the trade in value we asked for which was $500 more than they wanted to give us to trade it in. They refused to haggle on the car we were turning in - even to meet us half way so we left. No one from the finance department ever came over to ask us if we had questions or try to remedy the situation. They left a 3 year lease deal on the table for $500 on our trade in. We ended up leaving and after we left they called me at least 8 times while I was at other dealerships driving other cars to tell me that they would give us the $500 for the car. The entire deal was done in the middle of their showroom with everyone around to hear our conversations and finances. Poor customer service. Period. Our sales guy should have stayed at Germain. Go to Germain if you want to be treated right at a Toyota Dealership. More
This was the best experience in buying a car. We were in an accident which totaled our previous Camry. Shopping online, we found what we were looking for at Toyota Direct. Rich returned my inquiry asap. We went down to the dealership the next morning. Malek took us through the process and we drove home in just the right car at just the right price! We are a return customer. We recommend this dealership and especially these men! You wont be disappointed. More
I am 58, probably have purchased 20 cars from dealerships. We arrived late, the salesmen were busy, so finally the manager (?) came to us, quickly offered us a very fair deal (for both of us), an dealerships. I purchased this car for my daughter. The first two cars I tried to purchase from another dealer were sold before I could get to the Dealer. I was very short on time and after a few phone conversations I arrived at the lot. With in a few minutes the car I was interested in was out front. After the test drive I was driving away with in conversations I arrived at the lot. With in a few minutes the car I was interested in was out front. After the test drive I was driving away with in a hour. By far the fastest ans easies car buy I have ever done. This is my first time buyong a Toyota and will not be my last. I am very happy with my corola and very happy with the Gas milliage. The only negative was I think I could have gotten a better price if I would have had more time. Over all will be the only Dealership that I do business with ever again. More
Our 'experience' with the Toyota Direct Team was nothing short of stellar! I sent my original inquiry email around 1:30 pm, and I was driving my new Rav4 home a few hours later that very evening. W short of stellar! I sent my original inquiry email around 1:30 pm, and I was driving my new Rav4 home a few hours later that very evening. We dealt exclusively with Rich Greenberg. From the time we arrived, he was with us every step of the way. He had the car I inquired about already pulled from the lot and waiting on us right out front. He answed every question patiently, and endured numerous walks and re-walks back out onto the lot to look at and re-check other features and colors as we made up our minds. We were probably a bit annoying to Rich, but he just smiled and answered all of our questions. That is why we now own 2 Ravs, not to mention our other Toyota vehicles purchased for kids, etc. Rich covered all the features important to us in detail, including wonderful features we didn't know came with the car including "Toyota Care". I especially appreciate Rich's "geek talk" where he answered my questions about stability control. He demonstrated every inch of the vehicle with us, hands-on, including syncronizing our phones with the Bluetooth feature. He must have asked a couple of dozen times if there was anything else we wanted or he could do for us. And he made sure that we knew he was available for any other questions we had after the purchase. I am pleased to share my experience at the Toyota Direct dealership. I would not hesitate to recommend Toyota Direct to my friends, and I would certainly recommend Rich Greenberg to them. By the way, Finance Mgr...Jake Reichle...was also very helpful in a "counseling" sort of way. More
