This is the 3rd truck / SUV we have bought from Toyota Direct. Couldn't have a better buying experience. We are having some small issues with the 4Runner, but hopefully this next service visit will take care of it. 10 days old and I have already spent 3 hours in the service department due to it pulling to the right while on the freeway. Currently waiting on more parts to come in. They seem to think there is a bad tire making it pull. More

I went to trade in my Scion for a bigger car for my growing family (my husband and infant car seat did not fit well in my Scion XA). I was interested in a lease because of how much value a car loses over the 5 years you spend to pay it off, I felt it's not worth buying new to pay 5 years on it to pay it off and then when you're ready for a new one, you start the whole process over. So I went in looking at leases, at first I was interest in the Camery and then I decided a Rav4 was the best option. With my trade in I would put the money down and I wanted $1500 back to help pay some debts, when it came down to it, we owed more on a loan I had on my car than origninally thought and we wouldn't be able to get out $1500 back and I wouldn't be able to get the monthly payment I knew we could afford, these were deal breakers. But the sales general manager got involved and took over as a salesman and worked in our favor. He worker feverishly to get more money back from my Scion and to help get the monthly payment to what we could afford all while getting us our $1500 cash back. He wasn't going to let us leave there without putting us in a new car, he wanted our new family to be safe and he worked very hard to help us. His generosity was far beyond what I've ever experienced. I knew the service center here was amazing, I never knew sales could be just as awesome. I love Toyota Direct and am forever grateful for what he did to help us get in a 2012 Rav4. I'm a Toyota fan for life, but I'm more dedicated to Toytoa Direct now for what they've done for me and my family. More

The sales consultant was very friendly. Spoke to Patti over the phone before I came in. $34450 was my pre-tax price on a 2012 Toyota Sienna XLE. Three options... DVD, Entune / NAV, and floormats. Dealership drove all the way to the "state up north" from Columbus to get it for us. Don't believe the invoice sheet some dealers may show you as what they actually pay for their vehicles. It's called hold back, and even their invoice sheets show it, but it isn't accurate. EMAIL EMAIL EMAIL. FWD your best price and keep doing so and you will save thousands. the 100 mile drive was SOOOooo... worth the price. I would buy from Rich again in a second, and was so pleased with the communication. He gave me EXACTLY what was discussed at the exact price. No surprises. More

We knew what we wanted, a Tacoma V6 access cab with SR5 and tow packages, and a manual transmission. It turns out that there aren't many of these vehicles around. We had several dealers looking for what we wanted, and Malek Abed was most helpful in finding what we wanted. Not only did Malek find what we were looking for, the final price was a little below the already low price the buying service said we could expect. On the day of delivery, the final purchasing process went without a hitch, and was handled in a friendly and professional manner. No hassle. No pressure. By the time I got home, I forgot some of the details of the maintenance program offered by Toyota. I sent an email to Malek, and got a quick response. Generally, I have been satisfied with my new vehicle purchase experiences, but I believe that this was by far the most pleasant experience ever.
