I literally decided to buy a car on a whim and must say that it was a fast and very efficient process! I knew exactly what I wanted and the dentist. But, in my latest car buying experience with Charles Caldwell, I have to say it was nearly painless. I knew exactly what I wanted and Charles did everything in his power to make it happen. I met Charles on Tuesday and there wasn't a black Prius V Five with the options I wanted to be found anywhere in the area, but it's now Friday night and there is one parked in my garage. He got me the best deal possible on my trade and helped work the deal until I got where I needed to be dollar wise. Charles was patient, courteous and well mannered, and was up front with me on every question that I had throughout the entire process. He even followed up with me after I arrived home because he felt we were rushed when I was taking the car due to the fact he had to leave for the day. We are meeting again next week and he's going to explain a bit more about the car and answer any questions I may have after having a bit of time driving it. This is my first Prius Hybrid and I am sure I will have a list of things he can answer. In summary, if you want a sale man who works hard for your business and delivers what he promises, Charles Caldwell is your guy! More

I live over 60 miles away, and after an exhausting trip in a blinding rainstorm, I discovered when I got there that the car was actually a manual...which I didn't want. I was a bit disappointed, to say the least. However, Anthony Goins suggested a similar 2010 model, but due to the weather, I was unable to look at it closely. I decided to return home, and after doing more research online, determined that the 2010 would make a good alternative to my desire for a 2011. I returned to Columbus the following morning, test drove the car with Melvin Jiles, and decided on the purchase. I was very pleased with the service. Anthony had two other customers that morning, but still worked hard to talk with me. I had to make another visit home and back to Columbus in order to complete the transaction. I was very pleased with the level of service and attention. There were a number of small cosmetic issues they have agreed to do, and I will be returning to the dealership to have those done. I especially appreciated that they advertised on www.cars.com and www.autotrader.com. They do post different prices on their sales lot compared to those on the internet...I would suggest that potential buyers arrive with printouts of the online price...the price I was given was based on the lot price, and they gladly adjusted it. My only oversight was that I didn't come with a Kelley's or Edmunds value on my trade-in. Kelly's listed the trade-in price as $926.00, and I received only $500.00. They relisted my vehicle online for $2,900.00, but I will assume they will be doing a number of repairs to make more attractive to a buyer. However, they agreed to provide a full set of new floor mats. More

I prefer this approach to buying a car because of years of well deserved distrust of car salesmen and dealerships. I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience with Rich Greenberg and Malek Abed the internet sales staff. The price quoted seemed reasonable given other quotes I received as well as research online. There was no pressure or last minute surprises. I had no contact with the regular sales staff so can't comment on that part of the business but I was very happy with my buying experience. More

We drove from Kentucky to check out the car at Toyota Direct, Columbus, Ohio and she had everything ready for us when we got there. She was well prepared and we really appreciate that. She had given us all the information we needed to make a decision over the phone and made our job really easy. And when we got there everything was simple and straight forward, no additional hidden costs, it was all talked about and we didn't have any surprises. The car we bought was at a very good condition, well serviced. We took a test drive and Ms. Patti talked about the specifics of the car and went through all the features with us to the best of her knowledge. Ms. Patti also introduced us to Mr. Melvin and he was a wonderful person who showed all the 'wow' features and the tricks on the car and took the time to explain all the programming features as well. Mr. Jake Reichle helped us with our paper work and payments. A personable and well prepared person. He made the signing process very smooth, quick and easy. This is my seventh car purchase, and honestly the shortest in terms of the paper work. Last but not the least, Mr. James Collins (GM) was a nice person to meet with during our visit. A friendly and highly enthusiastic person. Overall everybody was patient and took the time to answer all our questions, and more. My wife and myself were very happy with Toyota Direct and the people. I had been planninqg to buy a RAV4 4WD for about a year and a half. I came in last fall to look, get information and talk to a sales person. I did look at and got in a model on the show room floor on my own. No one seemed too excited to talk to me. I asked for a sales person and she gave me a brochure but that was all. I did some research and looked at possible purchase options and decided to give Toyota Direct another try because I have purchased three other Toyotas and I always come to Toyota Direct for service and have been satisfied. The sales people were in a meeting but it was just ending and someone brought Melvin to me. He talked to me about what I was interested in and what features I wanted. We went out to the lot and started looking. He listened to what I wanted and looked for it. We found two, took a test drive and then started talking deal. He worked with me on what I had to trade in and price. I needed time to think and also get my trade in. The next day we negotiated a little more and I bought the vehicle. I came back with a couple more things I wanted and they were taken care of. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Usually I end up with a severe headache and ready to kick myself wondering if I did the right thing. I was very pleased and happy working with Melvin. More

The negotiation went very smooth and we settled on a price that satisfactory to dealership and my wife and I. We now own a 2012 Camry SE, I would recommend my salesman Bash Osman, if you want a good deal and a respectful salesman. This is the 6th car I have bought from this dealership. Jay Almon More

I hate the pushy salesman type, but Charles was not like that at all, which I appreciated. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I feel I got a fair price on my trade in and a good deal on the new car once I finally decided what I wanted. I am very happy with my new Rav4 and I'm very happy with the experience I've had with Toyota Direct and with Charles. I would definitely recommend Toyota Direct and Charles to friends or family looking for a new car. More
