Service was great. Reps were great all along the way. The cost for services seems above average for sure. Various items seem on par while others are much greater. I had a wonderful 10k mile tune up! It was a very busy Saturday but the lobby was very comfortable with great seating options, plenty of drink options and hot popcorn! I called because I could have been late and the person informed me at that moment of the 15 minutes policy, I arrived and nobody care how late they were. The person who received my vehicle was very negati informed me at that moment of the 15 minutes policy, I arrived and nobody care how late they were. The person who received my vehicle was very negative making statements “your results maybe ready at 4pm”, “the car may need to stay until Monday”, “your warranty does not cover that (without even looking at it). I dropped my car at 8:35am and I didn’t get any information until past 1pm. I paid $200 for a job that has no description and her words if the light come back up, the part needs to be replaced. More
