I have been having a problem with the low tire pressure indicator and my dearby service center was unable to resolve it. We're hoping by taking to a Toyota dealer the problem will be resolved. I received a call from Toyota Direct on August 18 acknowledging that my issue was received from the Toyota Direct Customer Care Center and that Jeremy the service manager would be in touch by the end acknowledging that my issue was received from the Toyota Direct Customer Care Center and that Jeremy the service manager would be in touch by the end of the day. Today is August 28, still no response. Same as when I contacted them in February with another service issue. The grand expansion has profited the dealership at the expense of quality customer service. I never had issues prior to the expansion. More

Replaced the original exhaust system on my 2002 Toyota Tacoma, which was not an easy task. Explained that the work took about 2 hours longer than expected because the old system was badly rusted and reall Tacoma, which was not an easy task. I have been taking my vehicle to Toyota Direct on Morse Road for at least 15 years and never have had a bad service experience, and I feel they have always treated me as a valued customer. More
