Overall good service but the service technician, after completing his inspection, recommended replacing my front rotors when the only thing that was necessary was replacing the brake pads. My husband easily did that and said the rust that the technician was concerned about was minor and superficial, saving us about $500. More

Lately, the service has been mediocre. Went to check the proble with my TPMS and the girl was just like it's broken, 165.00 to do the diagnostic and change the broken piece. Then I went for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told I would pay 88.00 plus tax. When I checked out, it was a total of 108. And some change. What in the world! The live young man, told me it was because of the extra materials they used for everything. I'm not against paying for it but I was told 88.00 plus tax. I didn't know toyota had hidden fees. I was so upset, I left. Once I got in the car the maintenance required soon message came up. Also, no MPI was done at all. Ugh! More
I had a 68,000 mile service done on my Highlander. I noticed the next day that the bottom trim of my right side drivers door near the mud flap had come loose. I was told when I made appt it would take 45 min. It took 2 1/2 hours for the service campaign for an update of computer. And it still shows on my Toyota site. Did they do the update?
