Best Toyota experience I've had in a long time! I have had many bad experiences at Toyota dealerships from west Springfield to Northampton. Great Experience! This was my first experience shopping at a dealership and Shane made it easy, seamless and not scary at all. He was not like the stereotypical pushy car salesman, and allowed me to take my time and consider a few options. I did not have collision on my previous vehicle so Shane let me drive a free rental for a few days until my new insurance kicked in. He also supplied me with his cell phone number to call if any questions over the weekend. Overall, great experience. We will definitely be back to shop from Shane again in the future. More
