Carol had me test drove to cars, my budget was tight but she wasn't pushy and she even was kind enough to tell them even if I didn't get a new car to please replace a front tire that was bald for my safety. I walked back in the next day said the Explorer was the one, she had the deal done in less than 12 hours. I'm now driving the car I love. Thank to Ryan for taking his time to explain the contract with me and making signing a breeze! I would defiantly recommend Carol and Ryan for your Car needs! More

Probably the simplest car purchase I have ever made. From Shane Barbato in Sales to Dave (sorry no last name) the paperwork pusher, they were all great to work with. The service was quick.....friendly...and they did everything for me including the RMV. Also it is great to see a dealership that still gives you a full tank of gas when you purchase a car. The last couple cars I bought left me with barely enough gas to get to the next service station. I initially emailed him re: a potential 4 Runner that was listed in your inventory, but since that one was sold, I was offered the opportunity to meet with NIck to discuss what I was looking for. I found NIck to be very friendly, down-to-earth, and very knowledgeable and informative. He found a vehicle that included just what I wanted and advised me re: different options, pricing, financing, Toyota special offers, etc. Since this 4 Runner was not yet on the ground, NIck kept me informed of its potential delivery date and worked with me since I had two separate trips out of state when I was not available for pick-up. On the delivery date, Nick again was exceptionally helpful in explaining various aspects of the vehicle and explaining registration, inspection, etc. I also found Ryan to be very knowledgeable and helpful as well. I felt I received exceptional customer service from NIck and appreciate his offers of availability for follow-up calls/questions.
