All my questions and requests were handled expeditiously. All statements that Mark made rang with a feeling of succinct honesty with no hint of hyperbole. Also, he left the door open for any follow-up questions. Michael, the business/finance manager, handled the closing promptly with an easy-going manner. Although the physical facilities were too tight and needed updating, it's the people that make an organization successful. In that regard, Toyota of Greenfield is the hallmark for customer service. Very quick & easy as far as buying a vehicle is concerned. Shane was very easy to work with, and I really got the impression he went the extra mile to make this deal work... never pushy, but very attentive. We had some fun watching youtube vids while waiting for the financial end to come through. Even though I didn't directly work with Carol Buker- I had the opportunity to chat with her about the car industry, weather and whatever popped up while waiting for the paperwork to be completed on my deal... Carol was easy to talk to and very friendly; it was a pleasure to have met her. Ryan Deveney was VERY thorough explaining the warranty packages and finance terms- I never felt like he was talking down to me, or using complicated financial terms or rushing along to discourage me from asking questions. I have now purchased 5 different Ford Vehicles from 5 different dealerships dating back to 1993. In each past experience the dealership experience wasn't all that it could be, whether there was difficulty in negotiations or a problem with delivery... This time however was different, From the minute I arrived at Ford of Greenfield til I left with a new vehicle I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied. I look forward to driving my new vehicle and hope to get years of service from it, but when I do need another vehicle I'll be back at Ford of Greenfield. Other than an intial trade in offer that was way too low, I enjoyed buying a car here. It felt like a family business and comfortable.
