Carol was awesome and the whole process for my sons first car purchase was pain free and positive. Also, there is a MINIMAL amount of time spent sitting around waiting, as opposed to other dealers where i have sat for hours while my sales person was helping someone else. NOT HERE! I had the occasion recently to work with one of the Greenfield Toyota used car salesmen around the purchase of a used Toyota. After some discussion about the vehicle the salesman approached his manager to negotiate a price reduction on my behalf. The sales manager (about whom I'm writing this critique) then intervened. Our exchange consisted of the following: the sales manager thrust a contract in front of me which made no mention whatsoever of the terms I had discussed with my salesman. When I expressed surprise, he told me in a clipped tone that the price on the contract was the bottom line, and that he wasn't going any further. Period. When I appeared unable to accept those terms, he promptly turned on his heel and retreated to his desk leaving me sitting there with the salesman. I was quite taken aback by this manager's behavior. I found him to be curt, dismissive and bordering on rude. I got the distinct impression that he felt that I was wasting his time and that he was not interested in my business. No customer wants to be treated this way. He embarrassed the salesman and offended me. I cannot recommend this dealership. I will certainly not return to do business here. More
After a rough start ( which had nothing to do with the sales people) My Husband had a conversation with the owner Mr. Cartelli and after that everything was excellent. Michael was very pleasant and helpful, he made the process easy and very stress free. He followed up very timely with a couple of details the next day as he promised. Ryan also helped me with all the financial paperwork and was also extremely friendly and easy to deal with. Craig, the sales manager oversaw the whole process and made sure we were satisfied. We have been long time customers of Toyota of Greenfield and will continue to be in years to come. More
I went to Toyota of Greenfield because my pass experiences with Marty have been good and I saw a good price for a Prius C on their website. Marty was very easy to get along with and was able to secure the price and financing I wanted ($1500 Toyota Loyalty program and 1.9% financing). Marty never pressured me (which I is why I came here instead of the dealer we bought my wife Toyota this past June) and had or found answers to all my questions. I would buy another car from him in the future and have already recommend him to a friend. Marty Rocks. Ryan was also very easy to deal with. We where able to finalize the deal in quick fashion and I left feeling like I was able to make the best choices for my new car. I came very close to walking out of the deal this past June at the Toyota dealer in Northampton because the Finances guy was extremely pushy and overly aggressive. Ryan was none of these. He explained the programs he had available and let me decide. My only issues with this dealership in the building which is small and cluttered but thankfully there are build a new showroom and that should solve the problems.. More
I live in horror of high pressure sales, and dreaded getting a new (or new to me) car for a couple years now because of that. I can say unreservedly that I was well taken care of withOUT walking away wi getting a new (or new to me) car for a couple years now because of that. I can say unreservedly that I was well taken care of withOUT walking away with that nagging feeling that in some way I'd been had, or coulda' woulda' shoulda'. Shane was very pleasant & helpful, neither overbearing nor intrusively friendly. No pressure. No reservations about recommending Greenfield Toyota; would definitely use them again. More

Marty helped us purchase a new car, after my mother's recommendation to look while we were up on vacation from North Carolina. I called and spoke with Mike Dubour about a used car for sale. I was calling from 1 1/2 hour away which he knew. I talked with him on a Tuesday and made arrangements to be there Friday to look at a car. A sale. I was calling from 1 1/2 hour away which he knew. I talked with him on a Tuesday and made arrangements to be there Friday to look at a car. An hour before I was ready to leave to come look at the car Mike called and said it was sold. I did appreciate the phone call, but I was taking time off work and a special trip over to look at this car. I thought he would have the courtesy to tell me this up front before I made all the arrangements to come over. He knew well in advanced that I was travelling this distance so that is what annoys me about this dealership. If that is the "rule", in which Mike told me it is with them, it should be Mike's responsibility to inform his potential clients of that. I will never look at buying a car from this dealership. I would encourage others to ask questions and beware that you might get your vehicle sold out from you feet. More
