I only rated the price and overall experience as good because I had seen lower prices online and because when I met with the financial person he convinced me to buy the simonize package, which he said would be done while we finished the paperwork. When I left his office, Shane was ready to show me my new car. I asked him if the car had been simonized. He was unaware that I had purchased that package and it had not been done. I had to wait an extra half to three quarters of an hour for that to be done, and if I hadn't asked would have paid for a product that I did not get. More
Having purchased at least 5 cars previously from Mike Dubour, when I was looking to purchase a new car, we called Mike. I had a bank check for the full amount of purchase for the car; the Finance (closing?) individual tried to talk me into changing my financing and going with Toyota. He gave me false figures for savings and insisted on prolonging the process of paperwork, even though I told him repeatedly that I was on a time line and had an appointment out of State. Over the last 20 years we have purchased more than 8 cars from Toyota of Greenfield, always leaving the feeling satisfied with the services. The only negative experience we have ever had with Toyota of Greenfield was this purchase, the 'Financing/Closing " process. My wife and I were looking to buy a used Tacoma pick-up. After visiting a number of dealers we decided to go with Shane at Greenfield Toyota. Even though Greenfield is an hour and half away it was worth it. After visiting a number of dealers we decided to go with Shane at Greenfield Toyota. I went to Toyota of Greenfield for service on a recall for my 2006 Rav4. Knowing the service would take a while (2-3 hrs) I decided to look at the 2013 vehicles to pass the time. It was then that I met for my 2006 Rav4. Knowing the service would take a while (2-3 hrs) I decided to look at the 2013 vehicles to pass the time. It was then that I met Mike Dubour. He offered to show me the 2013 Rav4 vehicles which were comporable to my 2006. I was pleasantly surprised during the test drive to learn how attractive and easy to handle it was. I was intriguided by the new features such as the audio, gps and bluetooth set ups. Other features I had not previously encountered were the back up camera, eco switch, large side mirrors, daytime running lights as well as the new hatchback door for ease of opening. Mike guided me through these numerous features. I appreciate his patience and knowledge of the features. Craig Bodenstein offered a fair trade in value, provided a print out of options and amounts for a car loan and walked me through the sales agreement. Next came Ryan Deveney with information on extended warranty and maintenance offers. He too walked me through each worksheet. In conclusion: great car, great staff, great experience. More

I was fortunate that some online research and pricing lead me to Toyota/Ford of Greenfield. I'd noticed over the years that the dealership had a very strong reputation in the community for fairness and lead me to Toyota/Ford of Greenfield. I'd noticed over the years that the dealership had a very strong reputation in the community for fairness and thoroughness in their sales and pricing. I was certainly looking for the best possible deal, and I believe I got it at Toyota/Ford/Greenfield. However I also had one of the best car purchasing experiences dealing with the very pleasant and amiable Shane Barbato. I live in Hampshire County, but if you are looking to avoid getting "slicked" by one of the larger, corporate dealerships in our area, take a trip north and check out Toyota/Ford Greenfield. Oh, and the car I purchased is pretty sweet, too! More

So when I was faced with buying a new car again after an accident in which my Prius was totaled, Greenfield was on the top of my list. I worked with salesperson Carol Buker, and I truly enjoyed the whole car buying experience. No pressure. Just good advice, sensible recommendations, and all in a timely fashion. Sometimes car buying can be onerous. They keep you there forever, and you wonder what you're doing. The whole Toyota of Greenfield experience was nothing like that! Everyone was very efficient and friendly. They encouraged my excitement at the purchase of this 2014 Corolla LE. When I arrived to complete the sale, before the front door closed behind me, Carol said, "Are you ready to see your new car?" She took me right to it and we spent some time walking around it and admiring it. I actually enjoyed my meeting with Ryan--this is usually the WORST part of a car purchase! I usually feel squirmy and uncomfortable, and PRESSURED. Ryan was friendly and the whole thing was NO pressure. He just laid out the options, made some recommendations, told me what he would do and why, and I trusted him. This has never happened to me! Trusting a car dealer? Carol and Ryan were unlike any car salespeople I have ever met. I did not feel hustled in any way. I felt like they kept my best interests at heart. I would recommend Toyota of Greenfield to anyone looking to buy a Toyota (or a Ford) and honestly, this is the ONLY dealership I will visit for my own future vehicle purchases. More
