My first contact with Ford of Greenfield began on their website. I saw a 2011 Lincoln MKZ that I was interested in so I sent them an e-mail and within minutes I received a reply that Shane Barbato would be website. I saw a 2011 Lincoln MKZ that I was interested in so I sent them an e-mail and within minutes I received a reply that Shane Barbato would be happy to meet with me for a test drive. That same day I pulled up with a very beaten up 1996 Maxima. I was quickly greeted by Shane and he new the car I was interested in. I had been to 2 other dealers and when they saw me pull up in my Maxima they sort of looked at me as if to say...........who is this joker who wants to buy a car. Shane treated me with respect and did not prejudge me based on the car I was driving. He took the time to explain some of the features of the vehicle and he was eager to let me take it for a test drive. I was very impressed with the car and when we returned to the lot he let me take my time to inspect the car and at no time was I ever rushed or pressured. I then said to him lets go inside and see if we can agree on a price. Before I went to the dealership I went on multiple websites to get an idea of the retail value of the vehicle so I had a pretty good idea of where I wanted to be on price. The price he offered me was below all of the websites I visited. He prepared the paper work and I gave him a check for the purchase price. When I picked up the car a few days later it was spotless, with a full tank of gas and Shane showed me some additional features of the vehicle. I am 59 years old and have bought many vehicles over the years and this was by far the most positive, efficient, and pain free transaction I have ever had. I would recommend this dealership without reservation and will especially recommend Shane. . PS: To other dealerships.............don't judge a book by it's cover! More
I came into the dealership looking for a car that would fit my 6' tall husband and my 6'3" dad. This has been a real challenge. I commute to work so I also need it to be affordable. The Ford Taurus was the fit my 6' tall husband and my 6'3" dad. This has been a real challenge. I commute to work so I also need it to be affordable. The Ford Taurus was the one car that was comfortable in the front seat and had room for Dad in the back! We arrived in Greenfield at noon to test drive a Prius with Ken. By 1:30 we had agreed on a price and trade-in and when I said I had to be back at UMASS by 3:30 and probably would have to come back they with Ken. This is the second used vehicle that my family has purchased from Ken at Toyota Ford of Greenfield, because of his ability to exceed the expectations we had going in. Shopping other dealers is no long purchased from Ken at Toyota Ford of Greenfield, because of his ability to exceed the expectations we had going in. Shopping other dealers is no longer an option for me and my family. The dealer is located two hours from where we live, and we must pass more than twenty other dealers on our way out to Greenfield. We couldnt be more happy with our purchases from Ken. In the past at other dealers we had been treated to "you have to understand" and "this is how it is done" from salesmen. Not the case at Greenfield Ford, and certainly not from Ken. A true professional that does everything he can to put you in a vehicle you will love. I cant say enough good things about our experience with Ken and the rest of the team there. I recomend Toyota Ford of Greenfield to anyone looking for a new or previously loved vehicle. More

The Dealership was very welcoming and easy to deal with. Mike was easy to talk to and we felt no pressure to buy a particular car. The General Manager, Jeff Holmberg was especially attentive to our needs Mike was easy to talk to and we felt no pressure to buy a particular car. We ended up buying a Toyota Camry Hybrid and Mike took a lot of time explaining how everything worked especially the Navigation system, satellite radio, and Ipod connections. He didn't try to see us extras and pointed out options that may not be within our price range. Overall a very satisfying buying experience at this dealership which we would recommend to others in the area. More

During August of 2013, my husband and I began discussing upgrading our 2007 Prius as it just went past the 100,000 miles mark. On August 31,2013 we met with Marty & test drove a 2010 Prius- the improved handling, increased interior room, increased gas milage, quietness and overall handling confirmed our decision. Our next hurdle was the negotiation process- I have to say it was not a hurdle but a fair and equitable process. Our final meeting was with "the closer" who tried to sell us the "extras"- at no time did I feel pressured to commit, we were able to discuss the offers and make informed decisions. A few days later I returned for my auto inspection- it was fast and hassle free. I highly recommend buying a Toyota...and buying it from Marty Kendrick? More
I had an overall very good experience. I was at a dealership in West Springfield a few weeks before that was so terrible it had me wondering if i'd ever be buying a newer vehicle. I did a lot of research online and then found this dealership in Greenfield. My phone call was answered and I was able to have an appointment for a test drive same day because of the convenient after normal business hours they have. I liked the car and because I was knowledgeable about what i wanted it was a painless process. I did like that no one was breathing down my neck or forcing a cell on me. There was a lot of business going on at that hour and on Saturday when I came to pick up so my biggest "complaint" would have to be the attention to myself. If I hadn't known what I wanted there was a feel that there wasn't much time to be spent on me. I did sit in the waiting room for a while on my first day which I understand and was treated nicely and attended to. I recommend going to to this dealership. More
