Last spring Marty Kendrick took a lot of time to show my wife and I several Toyota and Ford SUV's. He did not pressure us or try to force a decision on us. We spent the summer on the Cape and in August de wife and I several Toyota and Ford SUV's. He did not pressure us or try to force a decision on us. We spent the summer on the Cape and in August decided to go ahead with the purchase. Since this car was to be used mostly on the Cape, we visited two dealers on the Cape and settled on the car we wanted. We had our Prius serviced at one of the dealers. So, we had an idea of what one of the dealerships was like. We have a years of great experiences at Greenfield Toyota. So, we called Marty and asked him if he could get us a comparable car and deal and get us turned around so we could return to the Cape before the start of Labor Day weekend traffic. That gave him six days which included a weekend. Marty did a great job of finding a similar car, matching the price, and keeping us informed. He also kept the paper process working so all we had to do was drive in sign the final papers wait for the inspection and drive the car home. In short, Marty took a process with a lot of parts and made it simple for us. Our Thanks to Marty and the rest of your staff that made this happen. More

I found my Jeep Grand Cherokee while on-line shopping and came across one that met the criteria. I had never been to this dealership before and had never heard of it. I found that the two guys I dealt with Mike and Ryan to be most accommodating and made me feel at ease after my test drive. Mike put me right into the vehicle I came to see and got together with Ryan and met the price I had in mind.
