We worked with four - yes four - dealers in the Fairfield County Ct / Westchester County NY area. I didn't need a test drive, info about the vehicle or anything except a car with a fair price! I wanted the Prius Plugin in Sea Glass Pearl and the best lease deal possible. None of these dealers had the color but assured me they could get it. None were able to, but they all had no problem wasting my time by insisting I come in to the dealership, and then afterwards wait for them to locate the vehicle, which in the end they were unable to do. In addition to this, they would change the quoted deal over time in terms of numbers. We decided to try to find the color on our own and found it up in Mass at Greenfield. Ken was a pleasure to deal with. Just follow through on what you promise- what's so difficult about that ? The salespeople I had been working with could not do that ! Well Ken did more than that- he actually over-delivered. We got a much better deal than what our local shops were offering and in the end did even better than what Ken had originally quoted. No buyer's remorse here. I have already recommended this dealership to friends and neighbors and will continue to do so! Kudos to Ken @ Greenfield More

This is my fourth time buying a Toyota from this dealership and my third time working with Mike Du Bour. As usual, he was friendly, no nonsense,understanding of my needs. He offered me a decent deal on my used vehicle and did not try to pressure me into buying more extras than I wanted or could afford. I needed the car quickly and before I even got around to calling my insurance agent next day, he had been in touch with her and squared away all the paperwork. After working with Mike for almost 15 years he feels like an old friend. Probably one of the main reasons I did not bother to look at a brand besides Toyota this time around, despite the recall scares of the past few years. Thanks Mike I should also add that the other Mike (Tirrell) started working with me when I first went in and Mike du Bour was out of the office. Although I made it clear that I preferred to work with Mike and he knew he would not get my commission, he still took the time to answer all my questions and present me with all my options. He passed my information on to Mike de Bour as he said he would and made sure to say hello when next I came into the dealership so that I did not feel uncomfortable moving on to work with someone else. We bought our car through the TrueCar website. Ford of Greenfield contacted us immediately and offered us the lowest price of the the 3 dealers that responded. It was a very fair price, but obviously I can't comment on the negotiating experience, because we didn't do any negotiating. We got a fair value on our trade-in. I'm calling the price "good" rather than "great" because I suspect that some hard-nosed negotiator could have gotten a slightly better deal, but I don't really know. We're definitely not complaining about the price. We also paid cash for the car so there was no financing to be discussed. We dealt with Mark Caloon and found him to be an extremely nice and capable guy who was very friendly and easy to talk to. We ordered our car (a C-Max hybrid) from the factory and had to wait a couple of months for delivery. Mark let us know when it came in and we picked it up the next day. The whole experience was enjoyable, we liked Mark and the other people we spoke to at the dealership, and we're very happy with our new car. More
