Sales experience was hassle-free. The Toyota website listed the discounted price and that was the price we paid. While we were in the office Toyota posted a $250 cash back and that was applied to our p listed the discounted price and that was the price we paid. Carol was extremely helpful and patient and explained the features of our new Camry and spent a good deal of time with us both in the car and in the show room. Carol went out of her way to be helpful. The financing of the new care (zero percent for 60 months) went very smoothly. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. This was the easiest and best car buying experience we have had in almost 50 years (over the years we have bought new 10 cars). We highly recommend Toyota of Greenfield and Carol in particular. More

Working with Nick I have been completely comfortable if my husband was not able to make it that Nick would look out for me and make sure I was getting a good deal on a safe car. I was having a lot of problems with a previous car I had bought recently and while I was at work Nick and my husband did a lot of research for me on the best car for me, being pregnant they were looking for a car that would be safe for me and our soon to be baby boy. I have never been treated so well as I have since working with Nick. He is a true, genuine person and I will continue to buy cars from him and recommend everyone I talk to, to buy a car with Nick. Nick was not concerned with just selling any car to make a deal, he was more concerned that I bought a car that was right for me and that was safe, I can't say that about any other car salesmen I have ever worked with. I haven't been this excited about owning a car in a long time and I owe that to Nick. More
First off it was a no pressure deal. The price was fair. They accepted what I wanted fro my trade in with no dickering. But on top of that, Shane and business manager (I can't remember her name) bent over backwards to get the financing in place that afternoon so that the car could be delivered to me the next day. Otherwise it would have had to wait until Tuesday because CT MVD is closed on Mondays. So not only was the purchase experience a breeze, they really net over backwards to accommodate my situation. I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone. (And in case anyone cares - it might be time to update the carpet.) More

After swapping a few emails back and forth with Shane explaining what I was interested in, I made the 240 mile round trip up to Toyota of Greenfield. I had done excessive research online, about what I wanted and what Accessories I wanted, to build my perfect truck.They didn't have the truck I wanted on the lot(Double Cab Short Bed with TRD offroad and tow package). But Shane was able to show me a Double cab and all its features, he then took me around to other Tacoma's they had on sight. He showed me "The Super White" color option I absolutely needed to have, Showed me what the factory Installed trailer hitch looked like and the upgrades I'd was getting with the TRD off road package. I've delt with quite a few salesmen through the years and Shane BY FAR had the product knowledge and if he didn't know an answer to my question he'd go find out for me, There was no BS and I never felt pressured to buy or that I was wasting his time. When it came time to run the numbers, it was the same price we talked online. No hidden fees, right down to the DIME! They had to locate the truck I wanted, I put a minimal amount down for them to bring it in.They promised me they would find one in a few days. I was certain it would take a week or more, I mean, I had done my research, I couldn't find the truck I wanted, surely they couldn't either. 2 business days later Shane called me and said they have my truck and it looks great, even sent me over a few pictures to my email. SPOT ON! When I took delivery on 6/17/13 I finalized the paperwork and met with the finance woman (her name escapes me at the moment) she was also excellent. She offered me 2 different financing packages. 60 months which I had asked for, and 63 months which made my payments a round number. She explained the Toyota extended warranty and I found out they offered the glass coat which I had on my previous vehicle which reduced the amount of wax jobs I had to do. Being mechanically incompetent I knew I wanted both and on the printout they had what it would raise my payment to, it was a no-brainer for only a few dollars a month. After taking Delivery of the truck I went to see the Parts Department, I think he may have been more excited for me than I was! He was able to give me a few suggestions on things I overlooked, the bed extender gives me nearly an extra foot in the back.He also told me issues that these Tacomas occasionally had. I cant PRAISE THAT PARTS GUY ENOUGH! -Dennis More

On a whim, I did another search and came upon a 2010 Tundra Ltd at Toyota of Greenfield. A friend had just bought a new car there and said she had a great experience. So I called and spoke with Mike Tirrell. I met him there that night, drove it, loved it, and made arrangements to have the truck looked at by my mechanic the next day. The truck passed review with flying colors and now I'm a happy Tundra owner. Buying a car is rarely a pleasant experience but this WAS. Mike was more than accommodating - he was fully supportive of my taking the truck to my mechanic and let me take it home that night so it would be convenient for me to drive it to my mechanic the next morning. I needed to switch an accessory from my old truck to my 'new' one and the dealership delivered the Tundra to the garage while I was at work. When it came time to figure out the trade-in and review the few things I was looking for to be done with the truck, he listened, took notes, and we came to an arrangement that worked for both of us. I was happy to be able to 'buy local.' But more than that, I was happy with how I was treated. I'd visited other dealerships, left information on my trade-in, and not one called me back. Guess they have too much business to want mine. You won't find that attitude at Toyota of Greenfield. They want your business and if my experience, and that of my friend, is any indication, they'll do well by you. More

My only concern was discovering on the day I was to take delivery of the new vehicle that I was being presented with a complicated array of additional things to buy - high-end wax job, diverse warranty options, what have you. Having walked in the door expecting to make a certain sized monthly payment it didn't make me happy that a bunch of things were being added on at the last minute. In the end, I bought some of it and thereby boosted my monthly payment by nearly 15%. Now, several days later I think I got value for money. Still, I'm kicking myself for being naive about the game I was playing. So, to summarize: The people were great, the car is great. Ms. Grabowski was very helpful in discounting the warranty and maintenance program I chose by 15% and arranging for the transfer of auto insurance to the new vehicle. Mr. Barbato has been consistently friendly and helpful. I should have been wiser about how cars are sold. More
