It was a spur of the moment decision to get a new car. I have a plan, and that plan is to buy a condo within the next year or so. The problem was, due to some credit issues a few years back plus not having have a plan, and that plan is to buy a condo within the next year or so. The problem was, due to some credit issues a few years back plus not having any debt in the past couple of years, I needed a way to build up my credit. By talking to a couple of friends, they told me the best way would be to get a car. I haven't had a car payment in quite some time, and while that was nice, the car that I did own was showing signs of needing some repairs. I need at least a year of positive credit to reach my goal so I contacted Greenfield Ford. My previous car was a 2007 Ford Focus and it served me well. A friend of mine, who owns a Ford Fusion had taken her car in for service and had the new 2013 Ford Focus as a loaner. She let me take it for a spin and I absolutely loved it. Within 24 hours of making an online inquiry, Marty Kendrick contacted me. He asked me all the questions you could think of to find out what I was looking for. I was up front and told him of my plan and current issues. He was amazing, he understood, took all my information and went to work with Ryan Deveney to see what they could do for me. Marty showed me several cars that fit in my guidelines and Ryan worked his magic with the numbers. Between the two of them, they kept the payments in my price range and got me the car that I wanted. My lease is up in two years, and the plan at that time is to buy another new car from Marty (Ryan too) at Greenfield Ford. Chances are, it will be another Ford Focus. Carol Buker couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. She really made the whole experience easy and stressfree by taking care of the registration transfer and having my car inspected. And Carol definately went above and beyond by even seeing to a little detail like cleaning my old license plates before she put them on my new Focus SE; and although she took the time to explain and go over everything about my new car she even offered if I wanted to come back in a few weeks she'd go over anything I wanted her to again. Our overall experience was very good. Carol was honest and she knows the progucts she sells. We were so pleased with the purchase of our Tacoma we came back two weeks later and got a new Camry for my wife and she knows the progucts she sells. We traveled fourty plus miles bypassing closer Toyota dealers because of Greenfields super reputation and great sales people. Toyota would benefit greatly if they formed their national network of dealerships after this dealership in sales, knowlege and most of all HONESTY. This is why we have given the rating we have. More

I highly recommend Toyota and Ford of Greenfield, MA to everyone looking for a vehicle. The sales people are very friendly and made us feel welcomed. And they are very knowledgable. I thank them. Ken Kavanaugh worked with me online when I wanted to buy a new Prius C to be picked up when I returned from a trip abroad. He made the whole thing extremely easy. When I got to the dealership, everything was set, and he had already warned me about exactly how long it might take. I had a Prius before and took it to Toyota of Greenfield after Lia Toyota in Northampton started ripping me off in various ways. I find both the salespeople and the service people in Greenfield to be friendly, efficient and honest. The only reason I rate price as "good" rather than "great" is that I paid sticker price and didn't get a special deal. But I haven't heard of anyone anywhere getting a lower price on a new Prius, so I think the price I paid was the best one can get and was completely fair. More

This dealership and Carol as a sales associate was the right fit for me. I had gone to another dealership to look at a car, but was not able to get the help I needed in the way that I needed it. Carol listened to my needs and thoughts and was able to make purchasing a car an enjoyable experience. This is the first time that I bought a new car and this was the right relationship between a dealer and buyer that can make new buyers feel comfortable. I was slightly worried about being taken advantage of or pressured at other dealerships, but at Greenfield Toyota I was allowed to get help without the pressure. Overall, I was really happy with the whole process and actually sped up my timeline to purchase a new car because of the helpful and encouraging attitude of the staff. More

The stress of the shopping was put to an end soon after I drove on the lot, with the exceptional approach and exceptional knowledge of both Mike and Ryan! I had visited NUMEROUS dealers in the local area and as the educated purchaser I had many questions for the other dealerships that I was not able to get straight answers too; in some cases no answers at all. But the experience and knowledge that was provided to me at Greenfield-Ford was by far, the best in my area! Although was not able to pick up my new car until Monday due to situations beyond their control, they were able to accommodate transportation for me no questions asked! I could continue to rave about the experience, but if you are looking for a no nonsense approach to sales, financing, overall courtesy, and just feeling like your in a trustworthy location...
