During a routine oil change my mechanic discovered that my Saturn Vue's transmission was going fast. Having had a very bad experience at Balise, in Springfield when the original transmission was replaced my Saturn Vue's transmission was going fast. Having had a very bad experience at Balise, in Springfield when the original transmission was replaced two years ago I wasn't about to deal with them ever again. I asked Brian what he suggested for a new car. He immediately said, Greenfield Toyota and to go to Marty Kendrick. That was Wednesday afternoon. Today is Saturday and my husband and I have just come home with a new Toyota Corolla. I can't believe how pleasant the entire experience was. Marty is great! He was clear about everything. He reviewed options and kept making sure that we had all the information we needed. It really felt that his main interest was making sure we were getting what we needed. I will highly recommend him to anyone. More
