Overall I had a very positive experience purchasing a new Prius. I had requested an online quote, which the dealership provided promptly. Before and during the test drive, Ryan readily pointed out and explained some of the unique features of the vehicle. A couple of things that I really appreciated about my experience--1) no pressure was applied to try to get me to buy more than what I was looking for, and 2) as a woman customer making this purchase on my own, I was not talked down to. Bill LaBonte is a no pressure guy that really helps his customer get the car they need.
