Toyota of Greenfield is the real deal. These guys hooked me up with a sweet new 2011 Tacoma Access Cab with the V6 and manual transmission. I had been searching for a Tacoma with this configuration but it was proving hard to find with the requirement for a manual transmission. I was about to give up and buy one with the automatic transmission when I found my truck on the Toyota of Greenfield website; it had everything I was looking for plus the bad xxx TRD Off-Road package. So I made the trip to Greenfield and, as advertised, they had my truck. My sales consultant was Mike Dubour. He took me for a test drive and was very knowledgable about the Toyota product. After the test drive I was ready to talk numbers. Mike offered me a fair price for my trade and we negotiated a very reasonable price on the Tacoma in a matter of minutes. It was smooth. I am very pleased with my Toyota Tacoma and the experience of purchasing it from Toyota of Greenfield. This dealership is an asset to the Toyota brand. More

I was in contact with many many different dealerships and most of them I felt were responding to me with cookie cutter response emails and I didn't feel I had a real connection with most of them until I met Ken Kavanaugh from Toyota of Greenfield MA. We developed an online communication as if I was sitting at his desk at the dealership and this made the car shopping experience so much easier because I was able to communicate when I was at work and home. Ken explained every bell and whistle in great detail and was able to send me car descriptions in the emails. I was very impressed. We eventually came to final price using emails and didn't realize Greenfield was 2 hrs from our town. Although it was a long drive we made a day of driving out to Greenfield MA and we had a blast. We met Ken in person and he was a lot of fun to hang out with and finalize the deal. We asked Ken for recomendations for food and beverage and he recommended many places for great local food and we chose a fantastic micro-brewery beer house called The People's Pint which turned out to be the best organic food and home made IPA beer I have had in years. We actually want to go back and stay overnight in Greenfield and go back to this resturant and look at the fall foliage. It was a very satisfying experience. Greenfield Ford is one of the few rare dealerships that will not haggle, or play any bait and switch games etc. They are also under the AAA dealers buyers program witch will guarantee the price. Also if your looking to order something they will do it for you. Versus other places that will either try to see you something else or swap or which ever way they can sell pretty much what is on the lot since the staff is only trained to do that of course any place will want to sell their own inventory but in the real world it is impossible to have everything what the customer wants. They also sell the top 2 brands puts there in the industry so if your looking for quality, price and service look no where else. It's that simple. More
First, and most importantly, I was pleased to have the Consumer Reports/ ZAG printout that included Greenfield Toyota's numbers (best price of the three dealers on the report). Then Ken Kavanaugh's email and phone communications were clear friendly and businesslike. All this led us to shop Greenfield first (and, as it turned out, we ultimately went nowhere else because we were pleased with the whole experience there). At the sales room talking with Ken he confirmed our expectation that he was a no-nonsense "Old Pro" of a salesman who quickly laid out everything for us. The only sticking point was the "bottom line cost". We thought we would check out the other dealers. Ken fetched the sales manager who came up with a little more for our trade in (OK, there was a bit of the old "game playing" at that one point). This was good enough for us and clinched the deal. Mary & I definitely felt exhilarated at that point and believed we had been treated fairly and professionally. All subsequent steps in getting the new Camry (Greenfield had to get it from Pittsfield), servicing, inspecting, insuring - went like clockwork (except that I had neglected to bring the title to the trade-in car). I should also mention that Faith Mgo was clear, friendly and helpful in explaining various options to us and absolutely crucial in whisking us through a ton of paperwork. Great work! Greenfield guys. Ryan Deveney is the best car salesman with whom I've worked. He was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Unlike so many sales people in my past experience, he had just the right attitude--encouraging worked. He was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I visited on Wednesday and picked up my truck on Friday. Shane was great. Took care of al my needs and when I did find a few minor issues her arranged to have them corrected immediatly. Rick was friendly and personable. He knew his product and if he didn't know the answer to my questions, he asked someone else. My late husband and I bought a Rav 4 back in ’06 from Mike and that was also a pleasant experience. We had gone to several dealerships financially ready and eager to buy but they were playing mind games and doing the hard sell and playing the “good cop/bad cop” game that wastes EVERYONE’S time. I was about ready to give up when my husband found Mike’s name on an Internet site for Grenfield Toyota being a highly rated dealership. He contacted Mike and within a few days Mike had a car for us. We drove up and bought the vehicle. The trade-in was fair and the reduction in the sticker price was also reasonable. Now I am writing a review for that website because I had another win/win situation this week when I visited Greenfield Toyota for a different problem and ended up buying a new Rav4. Again Mike Dubour was my salesperson. The manager, Craig, actually sat down and spoke with me and my daughter face–to-face. We discussed price and trade–in value without argumentation or tension. Faith set up the 0% financing and registration for online payment. The transaction was smooth and a very pleasant experience. Well done Greenfield Toyota! More
When I recently found a truck I liked on the internet at Ford of Greenfield, I called and spoke with Ken. I told him I would be coming from almost 100 miles away and he wanted to accomodate my schedule as much as possile. He was a pleasure to work with and needless to say, I bought the truck. He made my wife and I feel very comfortable with the whole process. No pressure! We left the dealership with not only buying a truck, but also making a new friend. More
