He is very knowledgeable about cars and trucks in general and has a story or two to back up his recommendations or suggestions for just about any Ford vehicle or product associated with the vehicle. Ken listened to what I wanted, respected my price range, and did not force me to purchase any unwanted products. It was a very quick, productive and pleasant buying experience.
