Exceptional Service! Lauren, the young lady who was our Service Advisor, was exceptional! She was very knowledgeable, and professional. #1 In Customer Service My new Highlander (one month old) was damaged in a parking lot so, of course, I took it to Toyota of Knoxville for repair. There were some problems wi My new Highlander (one month old) was damaged in a parking lot so, of course, I took it to Toyota of Knoxville for repair. There were some problems with State Farm paying for part of the repair because of Toyota safety protocols. The Toyota service people really worked hard to get everything sorted out. In the end, Toyota repaired my car according to the requirements. Kudos to Billy and Dalton in the body repair shop! Toyota of Knoxville will always to my go-to but I will be insurance shopping shortly. More
