We went in with the idea of looking at the new Yaris. Daniel, the salesman, approached us and showed us exactly what we wanted to see. He also suggested the Corola and the Camery. He noted that the Corola is rated one mile less than the Yaris for highway. He also said that thete was "Zero Percent" interest on the 2010 Corola or Preis until the end of the month. We took a Corola for a test drive on both highway and secondary roads. He took time to explain the features to us that weren't available on the Yaris. I was impressed with the features and also with the fact that Daniel and his manager worked hard for us to get the deal and amount that we would need for our trade-in so we could close the deal. The friendleyness and knowledge expressed by Daniel and all that we came into contact with is the reason we have come to Toyota of Colchester to purchase our new vehicle. Overall thye salesman, Bob, did a great job. I wish I had read the paperwork a little better, when I got to the finance part. I contacted Pete, to get a copy of the policy, which he did send, along with a copy of my purchase order, which I did not get the first time. Also, I was offered the Toyota extra care package at $1998, when I refused the offer, the price dropped to $349. Only after did I realize that the reduction that was offered, was a reduction in the montly payment, not the overall price of the package. I ended up being charged $1498 for the warranty, $90 for lost key protection and,$299 for paint protection. Be careful they still like to jumble the numbers at the end. Toyota cleaned house there a little while ago, because of stuff like this (complaining gets you somewhere believe me). I was also promised some Coupons with the copy of the warranty. Never came.
