My wife and i decided that the time had come for a new vehicle, since we loved the FJ cruiser she had, we decided on another. I went in for a service appointment, and they took me in, even though I was over an hour late. They were extremely friendly, and explained everything that the service tech did to my car. They had my car overnight for two nights because my brand new 2012 car was completely disabled. Even though the warranty says they have to, they would not give me a loaner car because I'm under 21... After being told "borrow your parents car"..yeah they said that.. and 3 hours of arguing, I finally got in contact with the GM who gave me a car to use without any questions. In the end, their great mechanics told me what was wrong with my car.... "a hiccup"... Today it became disabled once again, and this time 60 miles away. My car must still have the hiccups! More

Brought car in for an oil change a day before the schedule date; Did not have to come back, they fit the car into the schedule and was out of there in a hour. I don't think I can fully express my level of dissatisfaction in such a small space that is provided. We purchased a used car from Toyota of Colchester. We realized after the sale that we were lied to MULTIPLE times throughout the sale. We paid extra for a interior treatment that was never applied. The breaks had to be replaced within a month. The gas tank was on empty when we drove off the lot! Now I am stuck with a lemon that I can't even trade in because of how badly I got ripped off. I have tried to contact them multiple times and they never have any records of my complaints. This is a terrible dealership with slimy untrustworthy employees that took advantage of a young mother. Please take your business elsewhere!!! More

I brought my Toyota Sienna in for scheduled maintenance as well as to check the air cabin filter for need of replacement due to a musty smell. Matt explained that there would be an option of spraying the f as well as to check the air cabin filter for need of replacement due to a musty smell. Matt explained that there would be an option of spraying the filter with a disinfectant like Lysol if the integrity of the filter was fine and not in need of replacement. The filter did need to be replaced as it was full of dust, but it was nice to be given the possible option of not having to purchase a part if it was not absolutely necessary at the given time. Matt took the time to fully explain the complete service of the vehicle. More
