I bought my new Toyota Venza and traded two cars and still paid the sticker price of 37,700 and found out the next day it was on worth 26,000 when I asked how much they would give me back for it. Bobby showed me how I could get into a new vehicle for the same payment and price that I would have payed for a used auto. He seemd to be sensitive to the fact that I was on a fixed income and could only pay a certain amount a month, so he managed to make the deal fit my personal situation. Throughout our time at the dealership Bobby worked hard to provide us with a great experience in what can typically be a challenging ordeal. He was friendly yet detailed while describing the many features of the SUV's interior. After our test drive, he took us through a thorough demonstration of all the options and flexibilities the vehicle provides and his delivery made it fun. My husband was under a job related time constraint that evening and Bobby worked especially hard to get us through the finalizing paperwork process.
