My insurance has lapsed over 6 times in the past year because he manually takes payments through text and imessages because he doesn’t have a way to process automatically. Recently 12/2/22, Jaline used this “manual payment processing” To charge $680 of unauthorized charges to my debit card. AVOID THE SAME FATE AND DO NOT SEND J CHILDS AGENCY YOUR CARD DETAILS THROUGH THE PHONE OR IN QUICKBOOKS. If you do… make sure to request a policy number and updated details for your insurance policy. Again I went months without knowing I did not have insurance because the payments I was making for as going to feed this SCAM of a business. It is a classic Ponzi scheme and should be reported to the FBI. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Terrible customer experience from an untrustworthy broker. Consider yourselves warned. More

They sold me on car warranty told me one price & turned out to be double that. Then put my warranty in with my financing raising my payments. Turns out warranty is crap as my car broke down after 4 months. Still trying to cancel it. I recommend do not buy a used car here & never use their warranty More
