My service advisor Brandon was very professional.He explained what the process was to find the problem with my vehicle. Isaac explained what he had done already in the process of checking my auto. He explained to Brandon and myself what he thought the problem was and what needed to be done to get to the problem part(a sensor). I agreed and the part was ordered and replaced the next day.
