Wonderful Experience with Dan Fuller We have been in search of a specific vehicle for a while. This vehicle being a 2017 Toyota Tacoma v4. We went to multiple dealerships in search of thi We have been in search of a specific vehicle for a while. This vehicle being a 2017 Toyota Tacoma v4. We went to multiple dealerships in search of this truck. Some dealers said they don't make them anymore for this year or that finding this specific one was near to impossible (not sure why). We then found Sunnyvale Toyota. We put in the request online for this vehicle on a Friday 6/24/17. It wasn't long when We heard back from Dan Fuller ( a sales rep). I explained to him what my situation was about tracking this truck down. He told us he would be able to get that truck no problem. We were kind of surprised because other dealerships were no help. We went in the next day being Saturday 6/25/17. We talked about what color we wanted the truck and what features. That same day he managed to get the truck delivered to the dealer. He called me with any update on the truck. On Sunday 6/26/17, we went in and got the truck we been looking for. We want to thank you Dan for going above and beyond. You made us feel comfortable and gave us a wonderful experience. If anyone is buying a Toyota, or looking for one specific model, Dan is the man to go too! More

Customer Service I went to Sunnyvale Toyota from Fremont because of the high ratings that previous customers had given them. I was looking to buy a replacement 2016 o I went to Sunnyvale Toyota from Fremont because of the high ratings that previous customers had given them. I was looking to buy a replacement 2016 or 2017 car for the previous one that had been totaled. My daughter and I walked around the used car lot at our leisure without being hounded by anyone. We went inside to find a sales agent and were introduced to Fred who showed us several cars on the lot. As none of them had the features that I wanted he introduced me to his manager Johnathan, who took the time to come up with something comparable to what I had before. I bought that care and took it home. After driving it and finding out that I didn't have the features that I really wanted, I returned it to them. Fred was very understanding and wanted to satisfy my requirements so he took me back to Johnathan. Johnathan searched to find me a vehicle that would fit my needs and requirements. He was about to give up when a car showed up on his screen that fit the bill, I test drove it and purchased it. I am very happy with this replacement car and want to thank both Fred and Johnathan for their help, non-pressure and professionalism in helping me get the vehicle that fit my needs.
