Lorenzo found me the car that no one else could find, understood my priorities, and negotiated a fair price. He acquired the car from another dealership and I got to drive my new car off the lot that same evening! The only drawback was not anticipating another negotiation session in the Finance department, which made for a very late night. And not being offered coffee or other beverages while we were waiting for Finance. I would definitely return to buy my next Toyota at Sunnyvale. More

He is proficient in the business, but is not slick. He is sincere, patient and diligent. He respect every customer, we strongly feel that from his manners and conversations, especially from (he) answering phone calls. He is is a believable , is the best salesman I have veer been seen. From salesman Luke Zhang to higher level management, they all cope with crisis well. (my case is not a simple case) They always think about the long term benefits of Toyota company. They practice the criterion/guideline "Customer First" seriously and specifically. They provided higher quality service to us just like Toyota company provided higher quality products to us.
