Johnathan was a great service rep that cared and went above to take care of all my issues he was able to add in the oil change for me on top of the recall and 5k service. I also came back here today for above to take care of all my issues he was able to add in the oil change for me on top of the recall and 5k service. I also came back here today for my new rav4 my wife and I got. They were able to fix the little issue I had and were very helpful. The only issue I wish they would employment is the courtesy shuttle service. GM and Ford both do it. Especially when people are a few mile away. Waiting and drinking the free coffee for 3 hours messed me u0 a little. Lol More
