Very poor customer service from the Parts Department Mgr. Peter Phan. I asked if I could borrow a wrench to remove my battery so I could complete the purchase of the new battery. Only response was they have no tools in the parts department. Yet the service department is right there in the same building. And he could not offer to go ask the service department for a wrench for me to use. Did nothing to offer any help or resolution. His only solution was to talk to the Service Advisor. More
Ron Khanna is a rude and incompetent employee. Hopefully Toyota offers this man some basic customer service training. I generally find the service department to be very helpful and quick. Was surprised yesterday how lackadaisical the sales staff was however.
