I purchased my 2023 Corolla cross at a different dealership and took it in to Toyota Town to get a replacement key that the other dealership would be paying for. Well there they found two additional dealership and took it in to Toyota Town to get a replacement key that the other dealership would be paying for. Well there they found two additional problems with the car, one of which they were able to fix there, and the other was a tire puncture. My service consultant kept me advised and also directed me to the finance department to see if I was entitled to receive compensation for my prior vehicles prepaid maintenance agreement, and prepaid extend extended warranty, both of which I’m entitled to. I never would’ve pursued that area if not for him. I have always been treated well by their service department. More
