Karla was very helpful got me situated for an oil change without an appointment. The wait time was not bad. My only complaint is that fluids was not topped off wiper fluid was empty and coolant was 1 i without an appointment. The wait time was not bad. Did not completely remove the service sticker on my windshield. Left sticker residue and put the new service sticker on top of it. Usually service has been great but this time was somewhat disappointing. Whoever serviced my car needs to be talked to. More
I've been bringing cars in for service for over 15 years. To this date I have never had an issue with any work performed. From the simple oil change to trouble shooting my water in the fuel issue. They have saved me a lot of time and money, pointing out potential problems before they happen they always perform the safety check making me aware how my car is doing. Have never been left on the side of the road. Its a good feeling knowing they are taking care of it, one less worry. Everyone here is always more than happy to answer any question I may have about just about everything. More
