I just purchase my new 2022 Corolla Hybrid at Toyota Town of Stockton on 4/23/2022. This is my second new car purchase with Toyota Town in the past 3 months. There is simply no comparison between all the o of Stockton on 4/23/2022. This is my second new car purchase with Toyota Town in the past 3 months. There is simply no comparison between all the other dealerships in the Sacramento area and Toyota Town in terms of price and customer service. I got my car at MSRP with no crazy markups and no outrageous and useless dealer add-on accessories that runs in the thousands. This is a honest, straight-dealing business that tries hard to do right for its customers while so many other dealerships are trying to pad their profits and take advantage of desperate buyers during this time of new car shortage. Most of all, I appreciate people like my salesperson Rubio who was always pleasant, courteous and most importantly responsive and honest in his communications with me throughout my two new car purchase experience. The truth is, dealerships don't have to try very hard these days to sell cars and customer service at other dealerships are all but non-existent for the most part. While everyone else just pay lip-service to customer care, people like Rubio at Toyota Town actually treated me with a rare professionalism, courtesy and respect that is truly exemplary. It's been a frustrating month trying to track down a suitable new car to buy for me, but Rubio made it that much easier and affordable for me. They understood my issue -locating a 2022 Avalon Hybrid for sale - perfectly. Once they explained the hurdles and agreed to keep me in the loop, that was all there was to it.
